Hello! I am Mara Hickox! I am a photographer, wife, and dog mom in Northeast Florida. I enjoy capturing peoples' moments and being creative. When I am not photographing or editing, I am teaching, cycling, reading, or hanging out with my family and friends.
It started when I was in elementary school and I would have my parents print out my pictures of flowers and animals. From there, I attended Douglas Anderson School of the Arts where I studied Cinematic Arts. I graduated from Flagler College with a degree in journalism and documentary production. I worked as a video editor for News4Jax for a year before I decided to follow my passion for photography.
